Breakfast
OATMEAL 燕麦饭
食材:
1/2 Cup Organic Raw Oatmeal (Best to flake your own oat groats)
半杯有机生燕麦(最好是磨碎后去壳的燕麦)
1 Cup of Purified Water
一杯纯净水
Fresh Fruit: raw organic grated apple, papaya, apple bananas, any fruit that is allowed.
新鲜水果:有机绿苹果泥,木瓜,黄苹果,或者其他水果也可以。
Or Soaked Dried Fruit: raisins, prunes, apricots. (Not too much, go light – high sugar content.)
或者可以加经过浸泡的果干:葡萄干,李子干,杏子干。(不要加太多,因为这些果干含糖过高。)
步骤:
Bring the water to a boil in a non-toxic cookware pot. Add freshly rolled oats, reduce heat and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for a few minutes. Serve with delicious fresh organic raw fruits or stir in some soaked dried fruits (sparingly).

Lunch
Zucchini noodles 西葫芦意面
食材:
2 cups mushrooms 两杯蘑菇
1 cup broccoli 一杯西蓝花
1 cup carrots 一杯胡萝卜
1 cup spinach 一杯菠菜
½ cup chives 半杯香葱
5 medium zucchini 半熟的西葫芦
½ cup hemp seeds 半杯火麻仁 (可以用葵花籽代替)
Raw Tomato Marinara 新鲜的西红柿酱
Note: You can use any raw vegetables you like for the topping or add less/more of those listed above.
注意:你也可以选用任何你喜欢的蔬菜作为装饰,或者放入面中。蔬菜的量也可以自己决定。
步骤:
Wash and chop all veggies and chives except zucchini. I used a food processor to coarsely chop my mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and spinach and used a knife to chop the chives.
Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini.
Combine the chopped veggies with the zucchini, top with raw tomato marinara and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
除了西葫芦洗切所有蔬菜和香葱。用螺旋刀切割西葫芦。混合所有蔬菜,并在装盘时点缀上生番茄酱和火麻仁(葵花籽) 。
